Once we receive your exact measurements and specifications, it typically takes 3–4 weeks to handcraft your dream cushion in our workshop and prepare it for shipping.

For custom-sized cushions, we will send a confirmation email after your order is placed.
Please note that customization details must be confirmed within 24 hours of ordering.
If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we will proceed with production as originally submitted.
Please be aware that unless the error is on our part, a 50% restocking fee will apply to any changes or cancellations after production has begun.

FAQ
How do I measure my furniture for custom cushions?
For standard rectangular benches, you only need to measure the length and width of the seat surface. To ensure the most accurate measurements, please use a rigid tape measure (such as a carpenter’s tape) rather than a flexible one (like a tailor’s tape).
Any shape that is not a regular rectangle is considered a “unique shape” cushion. This means we must custom-make the cushion based on your seat. To ensure a perfect fit with your furniture, you are required to provide us with a template (pattern), which we will use to craft your cushion.

Please note: A template is required for all wicker furniture cushions.
After measuring, please subtract about ¼ inch from the final dimensions. Seat cushions may stretch slightly over time with use. For this reason, please avoid measuring old cushions directly.
What if my bench is not a standard rectangle?
For L-shaped, trapezoid, U-shaped, or other irregular benches, the best approach is to draw a simple outline of the seat on paper and mark all sides with approximate measurements. Take a clear photo of the drawing and the bench itself, then email it to support@shinnwa.com. Our team can guide you through the measurement process to ensure your custom cushion fits perfectly.
Should I measure the bench or my old cushion?
Always measure your bench itself, not your old cushion. Cushions can flatten or stretch over time, which makes them inaccurate references. Measuring the bench ensures your new custom cushion will fit snugly and correctly.
How do I measure if my bench has arms or side rails?
Measure only the inner seating space. Start from the inside edge of one armrest or side rail to the inside edge of the other. Do not include the arms themselves, otherwise the cushion will be too wide.
What's the material?
- Shell: 100% Elastic earth-friendly recycled polyester outer shell.
- Fill: Natural & synthetic latex foam rubber.
How do I clean my Shinnwa cushion?
- Washing - The cushion cover is removable and machine washable. (Except for the waterproof fabric. The waterproof cover is not machine washable. If the cushion gets dirty, simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth.)
- Drying - Air dry only.
- Safety Warnings: Do not expose to strong sources of heat.
- Please note: *The memory foam pillow core is not washable.
